這不是表演，這是阿卡族的日常生活，此照片是她們正要採茶去 It's not a show. Akha put on the costume in their dailay life. The photo was taken while they're going to work in tea plantation terrace.

這裡在清萊泰緬邊境金三角範圍的美思樂山上高原。

以前駐紮著中國國民黨精良軍隊以做為 “反攻大陸”的棋子，後來在聯合國的壓力下，國民黨下了撤軍的指令，但撤軍返台者少，成為無身份的孤軍，後來因協助泰皇剿滅泰北苗共才得以有了泰國公民權。

It’s located in the Thai highland on the mountain,in ChiangRai Golden Triangle region.

Kuomintang (KMT) used to plot one superior army here for “fight to regain china”  but commanded to retreat to Taiwan under force of UN (the United Nations). Some KMT soldiers didn’t followed and remained here as “lost army” without any ID. Those lost army and their families got Thai citizenship after they helping to counter the communist insurgency on the Thai frontier.

山景很美，但山坡這樣的耕種土壤很容易流失，不過當然比一大片的鴉片田好 Beautiful mountain view, but the way to grow in the mountain will get some erosion problems. Surly it's still much better than opium cultivation.

這裡雖然在泰國，但他們很多人講著雲南的華語，因為這裡多是這批孤軍及阿卡族(來自雲南)的後代。這裡的村民跟很多泰國鄉下的村民一像都有很不錯的手藝，就光利用竹子就有很多方式

Even it’s in Thailand, most of the villagers speak Yunnanese Because most of the village's inhabitants today are ethnic Chinese and direct descendants of those KMT soldiers. The villagers here just like other villagers in countryside of Thailand are very good in making handcraft. Only mentioned about use the material of bamboo, there’re a lot of using

	有時故意在竹子裡養蟲，可供食物的來源，帶市場上的價位也很好. Sometimes they raise worms in bamboo to be food. It's always very good price on the market as well.

但這裡的小朋友很多人白天念完講泰文的學校後晚上還得去上中文學校(4:00-8:00PM)，時光全都在讀書裡，可以想像這些傳統的手藝與生存技能就要慢慢地消失了。

But the children here have to spend mot of their time in studying from the daytime in thai speaking school and night (4-8PM) in Chinese speaking school. We could imagine all those handcrafting and surviving skill is going to vanish very soon without passing down.

美思樂過去也是金三角鴉片、海洛英毒品的集散地之一，也曾種了罌粟，三、四十年前、或更早時期的美斯樂周邊華人曾改種植果樹，可惜效果不佳。但由台灣帶來所種下的一顆顆茶樹種籽，卻在曾經的罌粟田裡漸漸長大。

Mae Salong used to be centered on the Golden Triangles’ opium trade and also grew opium cultivation. About 40 years ago, Chinese nearby tried to grow fruit trees instead but they didn’t grow very well. But the tea plants grow flourish here starting from one tea plant from Taiwan.

荔枝樹提供很多落葉作覆蓋，但它長得很快，得適時修枝以免過度遮蔭Litchi trees offer a lot of leaves on the ground as a good mulching. But they grow so fast and proper pruning is necessary.

目前這裡以種高山茶出名，聽說甚至有些高山茶假稱為阿里山茶賣到台灣來，山上也有種一些旱稻及雜糧玉米，也開始有人種咖啡，這次來此拜訪以前在台灣樸門課程認識的楊大哥，他從小在美思樂長大，剛好這段期間在清萊，有地陪也才得以知道更多的在地資訊，最近他哥哥也開始種咖啡想賣咖啡，他們有在樹下種咖啡，他的哥哥也在山上種一些其他作物，每天早上去市場賣

Now Mae Salong is very famous of producing high mountain tea, they could produce very good quality tea. Even somebody took the tea here in the fake name of Alishan High mountain tea and sale to Taiwan. Besides tea, also rice, corns and a lot of grains could be grown here. I’m lucky to know one friend Yang while studied permaculture in Taiwan, he was born from Mae Salong and happened to be in ChiangRai while I was in North Thailand. Got a wonderful tour guide! He and his brother tried to grow coffee trees here under some fruit trees. His brother grows some other crops and sells in the market every morning.

這裡在清邁北部山區的小村落。菜園、家畜區及志工生活區在前方，主要經濟生產作物的部份在後面及較遠處，他們有另外請人來耕作，我過去時他們的經濟生產田才剛收完一大批的花生，聽說也有一大片的穤米田。這裡一面環繞著竹林與山野，另一面緊接著田野鄉村，歩行幾分鐘後有河流經過，是非常美麗的有機農場。

It’s located in a small village on a mountain of North ChiangMia. Vegetable garden, animal house and volunteer area are in the front, there’s a area of main crop behind that they hire villagers to maintain. They just finished harvesting peanuts in that main crop area while I arrived there and heard there’s stick rice plantation nearby. It’s a beautiful organic farm, surrounded by forests and mountains one side and surrounded by country village another side. Just take a walk for a few minutes, there’s also a river passing by.

在這裡可以看見傳統的農耕方式，他們會自己留種與育苗，菜園耕作時先把灌溉系統準備好，接著除草(很多香附收集好放在很強韌的香蕉地上，有香附子則留下來當藥材)、整地、放堆肥與和土、放乾稻草、最後種下菜苗，當然種好了菜苗之後別忘了要澆水。種作物時除了根據不同的季節外，也會依月亮來調整不同的作物，通常在接近月圓時會種根莖類，皆近新月時可種一般葉菜類。Tea在菜園裡也散種一些花，除了美觀外也為了防蟲，防蟲上，她也利用混耕，她就指著田裡的菜跟我說，芥菜跟紅蘿蔔一起種很不錯，有時會有幾顆蕃茄也跟著一起種，我也看見有的農家會把芥菜跟蔥一起種，另蕃茄與蔥一向是絕配。

We could experience and learn the tranditional Lanna farming here. They save seeds and grow here. I have attended the whole process of growing vegetable while volunteer here. We prepare the irrigation system, weeding, prepared the land and then put compost to mix with the soil. After that we put straw to cover all the land and dig holes and grow those vegetable seedlings. Surely watering after growing is necessary. They are farming not only according by the weather but also the moon. e.g. they grow roots plants while the full moon and green leaves in the new moon Tea also grows some daisy and other followers not only for the beauty but also prevent pest. They also use multi-planting to get more benefit for plants. Tea showed me the pile and told me mustard and carrots are good to plant together, sometimes a few tomatoes grow with them together. I found a lot of farmers in this village grow mustard with onion. And surly, tomatoes and onion are always very good company with each other.

帶領志工一起生活的主要是Tea的先生Jim, Jim是這裡土身土長的，他的父親是當地的草藥師傅，現在他傳承給Jim, 所以他也知道很多草藥的知識，他在過去曾離開家鄉以修習佛學，研究所畢業後在廟裡當了16年的和尚，好像之後也曾到處駐唱、當廚師，甚至曾在清邁開過自己的餐廳，他很喜歡音樂，不但自己作歌作曲，也可以玩很多樂器。回到故鄉，他見村民農耕用太多藥而身體出現問題，就開草藥桑拿浴館來醫治他們，但這耗太多的木材所以就收起來，在村子裡，也做了不少服務，例如曾發起為無家可居的流浪漢蓋房子的案子，教孩子們英文、音樂。近年來他在HHH有機農場裡開始養鬥雞，不是很清楚他養鬥雞的原因，但是曾聽他提過養一隻很棒的鬥雞就像種出很棒的米一般在我們的蘭納(Lanna)文化裡是非常值得驕傲的。他們跟村落的關係很好，村子裡的親戚很多，常常志工們種的菜不夠用，都跟他的叔叔買菜，這個村落的人彼此都常互相幫忙，我們也在這裡看見一起蓋房子及農耕的換工例子。

Tea’s husband Jim is the main person to guide all the volunteers. Jim’s father used to be the local villages medicine man and now passed down to Jim. That’s why he has a lot of knowledge about herb and medicine. He left his hometown to study Buddhist Philosophy and chose to live as a Buddhist monk for 16 years after his graduated. Eventually he decided to search spiritual life outside of the temples He used to play music, to be a chef and even ran his own restaurant in ChiangMia before. He enjoys a lot in music and composes a lot of songs, plays many different instruments as well. He found out many villagers get very bad health after farming with chemical and start sauna program to cure them after he coming back home. But finish this program since it’s waste too many woods. He started a lot of programs to help the village before like to build a house for homeless people 竹 or teaching children music and English. These years he started to raise fighting cocks in HHH organic farm but no idea the reason, he mentioned about raise a very good fighting cock is just like you grow very good sticky rice something we are very prout of in our Lanna culture. Jim has many relatives in the village since this is his home village. We have seen villagers help with each other quite often here especially construction and farming. And Jim always gets vegetables from his uncle’s garden while we need vegetables.

Jim是個很熱情且很熱分享所知的尤其是佛學與巴利文，除此以外，他也會中國拳術、泰國菜、音樂…..，基於泰北鄉下的村民，基本的竹子使用與蓋竹屋當於都難不倒他，他也具有野外求生的底子，曾獨自一人在野外深山裡渡過10天，非常多才多藝，志工們可以從他身上學到很多東西。

Jim is very passionate person and loves to share with everybody especially his strong passion—Buddhist Philosphy & Pali text. Besides that, he could share Chinese Kong-Fu, Thai &Lanna cooking, music….., As to be a Thai country villager, it’s very basic skill to use bamboo and build a bamboo hut. He used to stay in the forest by himself for 10 days. He had to make shelter, search foods & water himself in the forest. Such a versatile person, volunteers could learn a lot from him.

志工生活區平常也是沒有電的，只有晚上有電燈，大約六點時會亮起一直開到大約九點多。志工們如果想參加團體靜坐及瑜伽可以早上5:30到靜坐小屋一起活動。
大家一起於早上6:30集合開會，集合時，可能會有志工升火煮HHH的自產高級咖啡來喚起大家的精神，之後大約7:00就開始工作，在這裡很多的工作比較不會有人特別幫你安排，我們得自己觀察及主動學習與行動，要特別進行的計劃可以先跟Jim提出來，但基本上這裡的生物得要有人照顧，這裡養了很多雞、有一隻小牛還有一隻豬及很多植物，所以大家彼此協商，基本上這些動植物得被先照顧到，平日要用到的柴火也都確定己準備好了，再看看園區的需求或者是自己所要學習的計劃來進行工作，總之大家就是一起來生活及學習的。三餐Jim會負責煮(尤其是糯米飯得非常地謹慎)但志工可以協助(順便學習)，週六是志工尋食日，志工得討論著隔天的菜單，在志工尋食日時出去找食物或採購，隔天一整天也就是週日都由志工煮食，而週一是休假日。

We get a very simple living here without electricity but there’s automatic light on from 6PM to 9PM in the kitchen where we cook, talk and eat together. Volunteers are free to attend group yoga and meditation together from 5:30AM to 6:30.

In general, we all meet together in the kitchen at 6:30 and enjoy HHH homemade high quality coffee together first to get ready. After that we start to work from 7AM. We have to observe the environment and ourselves to know what we should do there’s no body arrange works for us. We still could ask people here if they need a hand. We could propose any project we’re interested and discuss with Jim. But at least, all the animals and plants in the farm should be take good care first. There’re one lovely baby buffalo, sad pig and a lot of chickens and plants. We should manage to give them food first and make sure they get good care. And also make sure enough fire woods. After that we can arrange our work by HHH need and also what we like to learn. We live and learn together. Jim cooks 3 very delicious meals for us everyday except volunteer day, surely volunteers could help especially the one likes to learn cooking. Every Saturday is a volunteer food hunting day, we hunt food for the next day (Sunday) volunteer cooking day. We discuss the cooking recipe tomorrow and harvest or buy those ingredients on Saturday. We are in charge of 3 meals cooking on Sunday. And we get day off on Monday.

這邊除了簡單生活及自給自足的學習外，也非常強調蘭納(Lanna)文化及佛陀教育，Jim也要求志工們尊重蘭納(Lanna)文化，所以對志工除了基本環境維護外會有一些基本的規矩：

*大自然裡，動物間很多食物都是共享的，沒有個別的食物 (所以我們吃飯時，每個人都拿一隻湯匙，直接饀菜或飯，剛開始還真不習慣)

*人兩隻耳朵卻只有一張嘴，所以我們要多聽少說話。沒事多找事情做，不要一群人聚在一起光聊天

*要遵重老師，聽老師的話

*不喝酒

*米是神聖的，要對米的尊重，不跨過米飯

Besides simple living and self-reliance learning, they emphasize on Lanna culture and Buddhist teaching a lot. Besides those basic living environment maintaining, there’re some more requests, like

*Animals always share their food while eating in the forest. There’s no individual. We mimic that as well.(there’s no individual bowl, everybody only eat with one spoon and get public food. It takes time for me to get use of it)

* we are born with 2 ears but only 1 mouth. That means we should  listen more and speak less. We should find things to do when we are available, don't sit and only talk together.

*Respect teachers and listen to teachers.

*no alcohol

*rice is sacred. We should respect rice and never step over the sticky rice.

他也希望來這裡的志工可以建立出好的態度出來，所以也能適時地教育志工，提醒志工們對週糟人事物的愛與覺知，讓志工養成較好的習慣，隨時照顧生活環境、生命與使用的工具。

He likes all volunteers cultivate good attitude here and also educate volunteers when it's necessary. He reminds people get more awareness and love all the surrounding, get a good habit, take good care of all living being and even the tools you use.

在這裡也是很簡單自然的生活方式，生活中就可以學到很多 “自給自足”的技能。Jim及Tea是特別為分享所知才開放志工過來的，發現他們自己的生活及工作並不真得需要志工來幫忙，經濟作物有請人耕作，若只是簡單的一家人所需栽種的蔬果也不用太多，再說他們的辦事效率很好，很多事他們都可以很有效率地解決，這裡許多志工區域的設置是因志工的學習需求而產生的，到目前為止他們招待的志工己有2000多人了，以前他們給志工非常大的空間跟享受，但似乎很多東西沒被愛惜，所以後來才會有一些限制，但他們還是盡可能地分享及讓志工有擴展的機會。有的志工會覺得似乎一整天都在工作，只有晚上是可以好好地放鬆聊天或唱歌，但其實應該說是很密集的學習，我們所做的工作其實都是在學習。另外縱然Jim很博學且熱於分享，志工們也是學習到很多東西，但對於所學的，很多東西還是得自己去體悟與驗證才是。

Very simple living here and we  learn all those self-reliance skill from our living. I found out Jim and Tea open this volunteer project only for sharing. They don’t really need volunteers to help since they hire people for farming already. They don’t need a lot of vegetables if only for themselves. They are very efficient people and could finish all the tasks very fast. Even some devices that created for volunteer learning only. There are over 2000 volunteers in HHH until now, they gave a lot of space to volunteers but found out the things or space they shared not be cherished and now more restrict than before. But they still try their best to share and give chances for volunteers to expend themselves. Some volunteers might feel they are working whole day, only relax in the night. But what I like to say instead, we are learning very intensively whole day. The work we have done not so much valuable for them but most only for our learning. Surly Jim is very versatile and love to share that we really learn a lot. But we should also practice, experience and analyze what we have learned.

沙海南有機農場是位於Nan省北部的Thung Chang區，算是比較偏遠的地方，這裡沒什麼光害，每天晚上的星星都非常地美麗，這裡很自然及景觀也不錯，很新鮮的空氣，清晨可以在小鳥的歌聲中起床。

Sahainai Farm is in Thung Chang District of Nan Province. It’s more remote place without light pollution and always very wonderful starry sky every night. I enjoyed the fresh air and bird singing everyday here as well.

如果要學習簡單生活及自給自足，這裡也是很好的地方。這裡的生活非常地簡單，甚至也沒有電跟瓦斯，其實他們是有一個太陽能板提供低功率的發電，但那通常僅供手機、手電筒、筆電的充電使用，這裡的有山泉水可使用，且水源很乾淨，不過當然喝的水還是得過濾後再喝才安心，這裡的過濾系統也很簡單，利用了重力來完成，他們將過濾的設備(就是像碳、石、沙放在網子裡)放在水桶的最上方，溪水接管放在水桶的上方往下流後，我們打開下方的水龍頭就能直接喝，當然對於太習慣於舒適便利生活的人可能得花更長的時間適應。

It’s also an ideal place if you’re interested to learn simple living and self-sufficiency. Life is so simple even there’s no electricity and gas. Actually, there’s one solar panel to offer very low loading of electricity and normally only offer for charging cell phone, torch and laptop. There’s very clean spring water available here, but surely we still need to filter the water for drinking. The filtering process is also simple with gravity. They put those water filtering system (net, charcoal, gravel &sand) on the top of drinking barrel with a tap in the bottom. We put the hose of spring on the top of barrel if we need to fill up the barrel and we could get the drinking water from the tap in the end. But this kind of life maybe is tough for those people get used of very comfortable and convenient life.

在這裡他們儘可能地使用他們現有的資源，且很充份地使用，縱然物資不多，但他們知道更多東西的使用知識，所以感覺不餘饋乏，但這麼多的志工且才剛開始的園區，我們的食物很明顯地不足，所以場主們得到市場買菜才行。場主沙海甚至也一直持續研究著更簡單的農耕方式，那裡的白蟻很多，他看見白蟻的好處，白蟻是如此地強壯可以啃這麼多的木頭，它很多成長及其分泌物質都留在它們的窩裡，所以研究用白蟻窩來作成有益菌以加強植物的扺抗力及對抗病蟲害，很多果樹生病主要是因為根不夠強壯，澆了稀釋的白蟻窩有益菌後很多病害都解決了；生長很快的植物如香蕉、蕃茄、小黃瓜等表示有很多成長的賀爾蒙，用他們來做酵素使用，可以讓植物長得較快，用農場現有的東西來做有益菌解決問題，以加強微生物及植物的力量為重點，不然坊間總得花很多金錢跟資源來灑藥或施肥，且對土地也不好。在這裡我才知道不只洛神的花可吃，它的葉可拿做沙拉、香蕉的花與莖也能做菜、薑黃除了做黃粉外也可以很好用的藥…..這讓我想起沙卡先生的著作“理想農業”，書中舉出很多植物的特性及其很多用途，沙卡先生鼓勵我們建立合諧健康的社會，而那整體農業的規劃應以建立自給自足為目標，不應依賴外來資源。

They try to use what they have first and do their best to utilize fullest. Even it seems there’re not lot of resource here, we don’t feel too much shortage since they know a lot ways to use things. But they do really have to buy more foods from the market since too many volunteers, and it’s just a new farm, not enough food for everybody. The host Sahai keeps doing research of simple farming. These days, he even uses termite house to help plants growing. He was thinking to get the “strength” quality from termite to make the stronger roots of the plants. And he started to make termite house EM(effective Microorganisms) from a lot of termite houses in their forest. After regular spray those termite EM dilution, some sick fruit trees get much better he said. He tried on the vegetable garden and those vegetables also grow better. The termite EM makes stronger their immunity system and those crops get free from the pest. He also tried to get the “fast growing quality” from banana trunks (because they have a lot in their farm as well) and make it into enzyme. Those plants supposed to grow faster after spray those enzyme dilution enzyme regulary We could get more growing hormone from those plants grow very fast like banana, cucumber, tomatoes….  It’s so important to do more research or get knowledge to improve agriculture.  It seems he focuses on stronger the microorganism to help plants growing in his research. Most of farmers spent a lot of money to buy chemical and fertilizer to maintain the garden. But it’s not good for the earth in the end. That’s a better idea to make EM by what we have to help plants, isn’t it? I learned to take Roselle leaves as sala ( I only know how to use the Roselle flowers before). Flowers and young trunks of banana also could be cooked like vegetable. That reminds me the book “ideal farming” from Mr. Shrii P.R.Sarkar. He mentioned a lot of the way to use different plants and different functions in the book. Mr. Shrii P.R.Sarkar inspired us to establish a very healthy and harmony society and that should get self-reliance in our farming projects, hence they should be oriented towards production and should not dependent on outside resources.

這裡算是新開始的樸門園區，在2014年的9月中才開始這個園區，我過去當志工時他們才剛開始二個月，但很訝異地，他們己經頗有樣子了，沙海分享著當初在決定承租土地時，這附近有兩塊地可出租，一塊地是很漂亮可一望無際的平原，很討喜；另一塊是高高低低不同地形的森林地，他選擇了這高高低低不同的森林山坡地，因為他主要是需要在此達到自給自足，而森林裡有很多食物、資源及水源。

This farm is just new started from mid Sep 2014. Only 2 months old farm while I was volunteering there. But amazing to see what they have been done. Sahai said in the beginning there were 2 farms available for renting here. One is a flat land with very beautiful view. People love that kind of land so much. The other is the forest with bumpy land in the hill. He chose the forest mountain because his main goal is to get self-sufficiency and surely there’re more diversity, more foods, resource and water in the forest.

在租下這塊地，完成大體規劃後，沙海先安排怪手把大地形給準備好，該開的土溝也一起開挖，他設計的重點是 “把東西放在正確的位置達到自給自足”，舉例來說，木材用樹如柚木應就種在較高的山上，果樹應種山的在較低處，因木材用樹是不喜歡太多水才能長得強壯及長得堅硬，而果樹需要有較多水及肥沃的土地(地心引力把水跟肥都往下帶了)；廚房菜園得設在方便管理維護的地方，而廚房該安排在那附近，且具備水及良好的生活機能；除了蔬菜、水果、建材外，也需要很多的澱粉食物，這裡有不絕的山泉水，水算充足，所以也開溝以後種水稻田，當然他們都儘可能地保留更多的小池塘，以確保一直有充沛的水源可用。

After finish the rough master plan, Sahai arranged excavator to finish prepare the land and all the swells first. The main point in his design is “to put right thing in the right place”. For examples, put hardwoods in higher place of hill and fruit trees in lower place of hill since hardwoods need dry place to get themselves stronger and fruit trees need more nutrition in the lower place. Kitchen garden should be arranged with easier maintaining place. And the kitchen should be just near it with water and all that convenient life elements. Besides vegetables, fruits, nuts and construction woods, they need the main starch food as well. A lot of spring water available here and also good weather for rice. They decided to have rice plantation in the future. They also tried to keep more ponds here to make sure always water available.

完成大致的廚房及菜園後，再來先來蓋幾間小屋，以方便生活及接待一起來工作的志工，這裡的竹子很多，沙海可以用一把砍刀一天內就可以把這些竹子蓋成小屋，可是為了更穩固些，還是用山上的柚木當樑柱先，為了節省時間，茅草屋頂就直接跟村裡的人買現成的(這是唯一他得花錢買的)。我在這裡當志工只有一週，但前二天就跟著他們把一間小屋蓋起來，我們一群志工一起去山上砍柚木及搬柚木下來，量水平、立柱及樑，接著綁好一片片的屋頂後就綁著一根根地板的結構，最後舖上竹子打出來的一片片平地板後就完成一間臨時小屋以供志工居住，沙海跟他的女友己事先準備很多的竹繩供我們綁木頭，以竹子打成地板看起來容易，其實做起來真不簡單，最後還是沒學起來。

After roughly finish the kitchen and the garden, should construct several huts for volunteers stay as well. With all the bamboo surrounding, only use one machete, himself could finish one temporary small hut in one day. But to make it stronger, better to get teak woods for poles instead, to get ready roof leaves (buy from villagers) to save time. Those roof leaves are the only one item he has to buy. I only volunteered here for one week, but feel a lot of works done. I helped them to finish one temporary hut in the first 2 days. We cut and moved those teak woods together, check the balance, set poles and frames, tight those roof leaves one by one, finish the frame for floor and make floor to put on the floor frame in the end. And that hut was ready for another volunteer. Surely before that, Sahai and his girlfriend already prepared a lot of bamboo tights for us. To make floor by bamboo looks so easy but not at all while I was trying to make. I still couldn’t make it my own after finish volunteering there.

我們每天早上吃完早餐後沙海跟大家開個簡單的會議，了解大家喜歡做的事，也討論今天要做的事情，共同的工作，他會帶著我們大家一起做，有些志工有意完成的事情，他會放手給志工自己去做，只有在必要時給予意見或讓其他志工也一起幫忙，很多原本我們沒自信完成的案子，最後都幾乎還是可以自己獨立完成增加以後自己進行基地的自信，在這一週的志工期間裡，除了小屋外，也幾乎完成了另一座廁所的化糞池。

Let's start meeing 來開會吧

Sahai has a meeting with all of us after breakfast to know what we like to do and to discuss what we are going to do today. Some urgent and collective work, he leads us to do together if there’s no other experienced volunteer guide us. Some volunteers’ project he let volunteer finish it his own and only give some help or suggestion while necessary. Whatever, it seems in the end, we are all manage to finish the project and gain more confident to start our own project in the future (that’s not so difficult as our imagine). In the week I volunteered here, besides the hut, also attended to one project to finish the toilet septic tank.

除了開放志工外，這裡舉辦實務的樸門課程(除了樸門原則外，也加入更多實務的技巧與其經驗研究分享)、自然建築…..等的課程。他們想把這個地方變成樸門的教育及示範中心，培養在地及全世界的樸門種子。

Besides volunteers project, they also hold several courses like pratical permaculture course, nature building to share their experience. They want to make this place a permaculutre education and demostration center for local and all people from all around the world.
